Bartje loves outdoor dining. This has already resulted in our collaboration with Erloom (see Barts Boekje Van Eigen Bodem, a page entirely dedicated to all the good things coming from the local area). And at Barts Boekje, we also have a great fondness for Sweden. Put that all together, and our own Erloom evening with a Swedish touch was inevitable. July 9th is the evening! Reserve your spot for this special evening where you will be served the best of Erloom, Barts Boekje, and Swedish Chef Bill Allison. Chef Bill cooks a unique menu over an open fire. Intuitive, calm, raw, and warm all at once. Erloom and Barts Boekje provide the Swedish swing, a lovely goodie bag, and who knows, you might even get a ride home!
