Back to the restaurants (together with TheFork)

We at Barts Boekje (sounds like We at WC-duck) advise with love and pleasure to go 'back to the restaurants'. By the way, we didn't come up with that all by ourselves: no no, our MisPres says exactly the same thing: instead of the uncontrolled and often riotous house parties, it would be much better if we all meet up in cafes and restaurants. That is 1) cozy 2) maintainable and 3) good for everyone! Bam.

Anyway: Back to the Restaurants, that's what we'll leave it at. Whoever does that are our friends TheFork. You know, that handy reservation system that ensures you are guaranteed a table during your night out. And now let those guys have a top campaign...stage builders

Back to the restaurants, throughout the Netherlands

A top promotion in which many restaurants participate. Check the TheFork website or download the app, there are hundreds of participating restaurants. What to expect? Simple: Book via TheFork at one of your favorite participating restaurants (there are actually quite a few) and you will receive a 50% discount on the menu. What? Yes: half the money for all your food. So 50% discount on the entire bill excluding drinks. Then you have a little more budget left for a nice bottle wine or a glass of port to accompany a cheese board, just saying… Cheers!

Support the catering industry!

Support the catering industry!

Rutte's compelling advice: hop into the catering industry! Of course, we as Burgundians have no problem with that at all. Eat, drink, laugh, talk, eat (more), drink even more, enjoy and…. Stay seated. In our beloved restaurants they can keep a close eye on whether the one and a half meter rule is being maintained. If you don't do it for yourself and to control the damn pandemic, then do it to support your favorite catering establishments. That doesn't need any explanation anymore, right?

Yes, maybe this: the economic crisis affects much more than just clubs, bars and restaurants: theaters, musicians and all professional groups that depend on them (light and sound, stage builders, caterers, etc.) are also having a hard time. Fun things like eating out give the economy a (small) boost so that catering owners can also pay their bills and that will trickle down if all goes well... Again: just saying.

Ratatouille Food & Wine – Haarlem. Yes you will, trust us. A Michelin menu specially developed for the campaign in collaboration with TheFork. Restaurant Ratatouille can be found at 't Spaarne. This is mainly due to the fact that it is absolutely – just lick your plate – was exquisite. Off the top of our heads: a mini taco, a soup, fish, cheeses (easy to recognize too) and lots of delicious wine. According to Haarlem experts, Ratatouille is the restaurant of the moment. The purest, very best food. Can't really be denied.
