Cocktails and snacks at Club Claar in Utrecht
Utrecht has gained a new gem since November, and of course we are talking about that Club Clar. The restaurant is ideally located in the city center: the station is on one side, the shops on the other. The place is somewhat reminiscent of a chic hotel bar due to the luxurious, sultry decor. It is the perfect place to start the weekend with one of their Drinks & DJ evenings, or to break up your working week with a snack and a drink. And then rolling home, because one cocktail at Club Claar always leads to more...
The restobar describes their menu as 'love at first bite', and we don't blame them. The menu includes many new classics such as burrata, ceviche and crispy stone oven pizzas. Yet there is one dish that you absolutely should not miss, and that is the 'mousse garden'. The dessert with dark chocolate and Oreo looks like a cute vegetable garden with flowers and cress, and tastes so delicious.
As you already read, you've come to the right place for a cocktail. Classics such as a Cosmopolitan, Pornstar Martini and Negroni are of course on the menu, but you can also broaden your horizons with a cocktail from Club Claar's list of favorites. They are all delicious. We say go!
