The menu is anything but basic and does not stick to a single cuisine, but to everything that appears on the chef's radar. That also immediately explains the name.

What stands out most is the high standard of the dishes. From pork belly nuggets, short rib with Jerusalem artichoke, bimi, black garlic, and apricot to oolong pannacotta (you know, that type of tea) with poached rhubarb. Every plate is spot-on in taste and presentation. This dedication is reflected not only in the kitchen but also in the team on the floor. The passion is palpable in the way the food is cooked and served. The service is attentive (without being intrusive) and with an eye for detail. And that is exactly what we love.

The drinks menu is also striking: there is a wide selection of wines by the glass, homemade sodas, and surprisingly original cocktails that we haven't come across before. Think of a Chili Mango Mule or a Strawberry & Ancho Negroni. That doesn't make choosing your drink any easier, though.
