Hotel Amour, Paris (9th)
Since 2007 a big classier in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, Hotel Amour. The neighborhood is not (yet) really touristy, although more and more people are finding the south of Montmartre. Fortunately, in addition to the locals who have known the many hotspots in the area for years, they mainly remain hip and fun types.
The hotel has only 24 rooms, each decorated by a local artist, some better than others. The rest of the interior is stylishly vintage and even if you don't sleep here, lunch in the ever-busy restaurant or in the courtyard is a top tip. With a bit of luck, you can sleep there for 90 euros per room per night (read: first come, first served), but it will never be more expensive than 150 euros.
