To be honest, I don't really know about Hotel Chantelle (not a hotel) in the seedy (Read: yeah baby yeah! Because: Like) neighborhood called The Lower East Side; gray during the day and for those who don't see further than their nose, somewhat unattractive, but from about 0 o'clock it comes alive here. And the dark, alternative Hotel Chantelle does have a damn fine French-looking roof terrace. And that's where you want to be. But don't go too early. Hotel Chantelle
