The rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of white and natural materials – that typical Ibizan aesthetic, yes, but executed well. The Sea View Suites are especially worth a visit. The Tower Rooms are the most stunning: they feel like stepping into a fairytale tower.

The restaurant focuses entirely on local, organic, and seasonal ingredients. Fresh fish from local fishermen, island-grown vegetables, and those Mediterranean herbs Ibiza is famous for. But it's all about the terrace overlooking the iconic Es Vedrà—considered by some to be one of the most magnetic places in the world. Whether you believe that or not, the view is phenomenal. Just like the paella, by the way—it's cliché, but it's truly good. The bread is freshly baked, and the olive oil comes from local farmers.
