Enjoy a great stay all year round at Hotel Villa Barone in Italy
Hotel Villa le Barone offers the perfect stopover between Florence and Siena. And believe me, you might want to stay here a little longer than just one night. Or you could say: never leave again. Expect baroque style beds, fantastically sweet staff and an environment that you say 'you' to. This is the kind of place where everything comes together: swimming, good food, wellness, beautiful nature and even a bit of history. In short: everything is possible and everything you want is within reach. Italy, ti amo!
The Villa has belonged since the 16e century to the Della Robbia family, a creative family of sculptors, among others, and has been transformed into a hotel full of luxury where guests can retreat. The aim of Hotel Villa le Barone is to provide a home away from home: a carefree one stay, so to speak. Because we are never so pampered at home. One thing is certain, you will not be short of anything here! The rooms have a bit of a baroque style (little Bridgerton fantasy: that very hot Netflix series about the London high society from the 19th century), so that you really feel like a royal feels during your holiday.
What can you expect here as a hotel guest? For the water lovers among us: swimming pools galore! Cool off in a saltwater pool or soak in one of the heated pools or infinity pool. The swimming pools are surrounded by nice sunbeds, hello tan! On the terrace, with a glass of wine in your hand, you can look out over the beautiful surroundings. Spot the most beautiful rose gardens, olive trees and vineyards. If you fancy something more active getaway, then hit a ball on the tennis court. Or explore the neighborhood (like a real Dutchman) by bike, during a bike tour!
Although we love the sun (is it summer yet?), there is also plenty to do on the colder days. The garden promises to be in full bloom every season. So even in autumn and winter you will be amazed here. On colder days, snuggle up to your loved one by the fireplace or taste the many Tuscan specialties and local Chianti wines (did I hear wine tasting there?).
There are also two electric vehicles (we love them!) in the hotel parking lot. Guests may use these to tour. And let that be perfect, because the surroundings of Villa Le Barone are beautiful! So go out and discover the dozens of historical gems in the area. Oh, and if you haven't tired of Italian cuisine yet and want to take it home with you, there are Tuscan cooking classes available. Buen appetito!
