Extend that summer feeling with these whisky cocktails from Jura

Slowly but surely, the endless summer has given way to dripping raincoats, candles, and blankets on the couch. Autumn has arrived, and while we're enjoying it, we have a tip to prolong that summer feeling a little. These four Jura whisky cocktails taste of sun, sea, and sand, which is certainly nice after such a torrential downpour. Cheers.

Jura Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Neat or cocktail?

Neat or cocktail?

Some connoisseurs believe whisky should only be enjoyed neat. We, and the Jura producers, disagree. Quality whisky houses demonstrate that whisky also tastes delicious in a cocktail.

The Scotch whisky makers on the Isle of Jura, off Scotland's west coast, believe everyone should be able to drink whisky however they like. Neat, on the rocks, on the rocks, or in a cocktail? It's all possible. With these four favorites, we're going for something a bit different. sunshine in the glass.

Fresh and tropical notes: Jura Daiquiri

The Jura Daiquiri offers that extra touch, with hints of vanilla, a touch of apricot, and creamy toffee. Daiquiris are typically made with white rum as a base, but that's not necessary. The Jura Bourbon Cask combines sweetness and spice, along with tropical notes that truly shine in the Jura Daiquiri.

A Scottish aperitif: Jura Sunset

You can almost wake us up at night (if we're on holiday, that is) for an Aperol Spritz. Say no more: We've been drinking this drink all summer long. Our new favorite? The Jura Sunset. Still with Aperol, but with a slightly different twist. No other drink extends summer so well.

Jura is a remote Scottish island, located off the west coast of Scotland. With one road, one pub, one whisky distillery, and only 212 people on the island, Jura is truly special. Sometimes you can't even get home because the ferry isn't running due to the rough weather. It's not an easy place (or job), but you can taste the love and craftsmanship in the whisky.
