It's quite a challenge: designing a beautiful chair that is also comfortable (we want to be able to linger at the table for a long time) and ergonomic (enjoy lingering at the table without back pain, that is). This chair, designed by Hans Thyge & Co., ticks all the boxes. The design revolves around the elegant backrest and the slanted legs. The large backrest offers a lot of comfort, but it's not just your back that will find support here. Your elbows can also rest on the sides of the backrest - surprising for a chair without armrests. When dinner is over and you want to sit down and relax, the large backrest offers several comfortable seating positions, whether you're sitting upright, slightly crooked with your legs crossed, or slouched down to relax. The chair is made of solid oak and oak veneer. FSC®-certified. As far as we're concerned, a real winner!

Number tre! Lounge chair 'Horizon'

Phew! We think this is a nice chair. As far as we are concerned, a lounge chair should not only be comfortable, but also have character. And this chair ticks all the boxes for us. In which room would this chair not come into its own? The design has a dynamic appearance with the backrest that almost seems to float on the armrests of the chair. The horizontal armrest forms a striking signature around the entire chair, from which the chair gets its name: Horizon. In addition to being a strong design element, it is also functional.
