The program Frida Kahlo museum, also Blue house, is located in the colorful neighborhood of Coyoacán and is much more than a museum. It is the former home of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. In this authentic house you get a glimpse into her fascinating life: her passion, her pain and her political beliefs. Her work reflects above all her unique style and love for Mexican art and culture. The interior, the paintings and her personal belongings – from clothing to corsets and painting materials – take you back to the 1930s.

In the Bosque de Chapultepec, Mexico City's largest urban park, is home to a hidden gem: the Chapultepec Castle. This castle has had different functions over the years, but now serves as a museum that takes you through the rich history of Mexico, from pre-Hispanic times to the modern period. You can admire paintings, murals, clothing and other historical objects.

What this castle really is must visit makes, is the location. The walk to it is uphill, but from the hilltop you have a panoramic view of the city and the park.
