THUD! These are our favorite champagne cocktails
It's the time of the year again! Time for champagne all around. And although we would rather say that you shouldn't mess with a good champagne, sometimes - for a change - it's nice to play a little with your bubbles. Our favorite (and therefore easy to make) champagne cocktails! Pregnant? Or (for a while) in a 'dry' season? Or just not into alcohol? These bubbles are the best we ever tasted: Vinada
Champagne Cocktail
ingredients: 1 sugar cube / 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters / brut champagne
Place a sugar cube in a chilled champagne flute, whisk it with 2 or 3 dashes of bitters, fill the glass with brut champagne and squeeze a little of a lemon peel over it
Bellini
Ingredients: 2 parts Prosecco / 1 part fresh white peach puree
Pour Prosecco into a champagne glass. Top with peach puree. Finished.

Fig Champagne
ingredients: figs / Champagne or prosecco
Cut the figs into wedges and place 2 to 3 wedges in a champagne glass. Top with bubbles!
Mimosa
Ingredients: 2 oz. orange juice / 4 Oz. brut champagne
Fill a champagne flute 1/3 full with freshly squeezed orange juice. Top up with champagne.
Grand royal
ingredients: 3/4 parts Grand Marnier / 4 parts champagne
Add Grand Marnier to a champagne flute and then pour over champagne. Garnish with an orange twist.
Ernest Hemingway's Death
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. absinthe / 4 Oz. brut champagne
Pour absinthe into a champagne flute and add ice-cold brut champagne until it becomes cloudy.
Champagne Punch
ingredients: brut champagne / 1 1/2 oz. brandy / 1 1/2 oz. Cointreau / 1 bottle of soda water / 1 rind of an orange / pineapple slices / orange slices / mint / strawberries
Place all ingredients and a mountain of ice in a glass bowl. Decorate with sliced fresh pineapple, orange and plenty of fresh mint. Crushed fresh strawberries add some extra flavor.
