And then I want to sleep again at the new The Freehand Hostel (November 2012), from the owners of the NoMad Hotel in New York - they are also responsible for the Ace Hotel in New York and Palms Springs (where I am also going (again) want to). Okay, The Freehand is a hostel, but if you don't want roommates: book one of the 15 private rooms for one or two people. The rest of the 60 rooms are shared and you can book a bed there for 50 dollars per night (!). The location? It is a bit remote, but on Miami Beach and with the free bicycles there is nothing to worry about. The bonus? The garden, the nicest place in South Beach to hang out by the pool, have lunch or join one of the parties.
