Return conditions

•  These return conditions apply to physical, standard products ordered online. Excluded from these return conditions are digital products and products tailor-made for the customer.
• The customer has a reflection period of 14 after receiving the order. Within this period the customer can request a return (indicate how to do this, e.g. send an email to info including order number).
• During the cooling-off period, the customer may unpack and view the product as in a normal store, but no more than is necessary to be able to assess the product. The packaging of the product must be damaged as little as possible.
• After the return has been approved, the customer must return the product to Barts Boekje within 14 days. The return shipment is at the expense and risk of the customer. To ensure that the return shipment has arrived at our premises, it is wise to keep the proof of shipment.
• The product must be properly packed for shipping to prevent damage.
• If the customer returns the entire order, the initial shipping costs will be refunded to the customer.
• In case of a partial return, only the purchase price of the returned product will be refunded.
• The refund will be made within 14 days after we receive the return shipment.
