Bar ALT, chic scenes for the home, Amsterdam
Well, eating out is no longer an option in the coming period (as said on October 14, 2020). At team Bart, after one week of not leaving the house (for a culinary party), things start to get itchy. Then we want to grab our bike again and go go go. But okayLong story short, we are so happy with all the top restaurants that are (again) coming up with their initiatives so that it works for us cateringtigoons next month (we no longer hope of course and assume the best, because that's just how we are, positive and optimistic) is bearable. Kudos to the catering industry. Kudos for good food and drinks. Kudos to all supporters in the crazy times.
Bar ALT at the Stadionplein in Amsterdam there is another one for your list. Preferably for an extensive evening with you loved ones, from bear matings from your 8-course menu to the tastiest pasta with truffle and a good glass of wine. You've come to the right place at Bar ALT. Unfortunately, we won't be able to sit down for such an evening in the near future, but we have good news, just read on.
Do you have something special to celebrate or just fancy an extensive menu for the weekend? We understand. And the Bar ALTers too. That's why they put together a dinner for that party at home. Every (top) chef with or without cooking skills is able to prepare this menu at home in a professional and chef-worthy manner. Very easy: just a few mini steps and you can join us, we like. For 35 euros per person you can have a three-course menu with appetizer and bread. That bread comes from our friend Maarten van Fort nine and for that reason alone we recommend that box, that you know.
Oh, and if you're not familiar with Bar ALT by now, the club is known for them bear matings. Okay, we are not real beer drinkers at Bart either, but when we are at Bar ALT we always order on the advice of top players. in the front the freshest beers. We really enjoy it here. Good news: for the beer geeks among us, you can simply order matching beers with that three-course menu for home. Prefer wine? No problemo, that is also possible. Are you vegetarian or in the mood for healthy food, also regularly, except for a cheese board? Got it.
The menu can be ordered for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Order the three-course menu via the website, you can have it cozy and Corona proof come pick up at Bar ALT. And for the folks outside Amsterdam, delivery is also possible.
