Chez Bruno: Truffle restaurant with good looks and a Michelin star in France
Traveling to well-known destinations is of course safe and easy. But why not move on to something less obvious? Or just a kind of (luxury) roadtrip? Suppose you take the car to France and drive to the Aix-en-Provence, that beautiful city in the south of France, you know, the city that unmistakably exudes a unique and chic French atmosphere. Moreover, it is bursting with fine boutiques and good restaurants.
But okayWell, that's not what it's about right now. Because if you drive there, make sure to stop here during your trip At Bruno. That is a truffle restaurant with a Michelin star (since 1990). And it has damn good looks too. Ah, you've already left...
One thing is that the food here is good understatement. Just reading the menu makes you want to get into the car and drive straight to Chez Bruno in France. You have to like truffles otherwise you'd better stay at home... Or well, you can also sleep here and there's nothing wrong with that. Six rooms, a good breakfast with – you understand – French croissants and more of that kind. Not to forget: the swimming pool is one of those where you would prefer to stay all day long. On the terrace you will find nice retreats everywhere and in the conservatory with French doors you can enjoy a delicious dinner in the evening.
Of course, those good looks also make you curious. Difficult to describe, but let's try. It's like someone with one damn has a good eye for details and taste at the French Brocante and has produced the most beautiful items there over the years ever was able to obtain. Marble tables, velvet chairs, vintage sinks and so on.
