The attentive reader will think; but crochet is much older. Of course. In the 60s and 70s, our mothers – or now grandmothers – were already flaunting crocheted mini dresses, vests and bikinis. About 25 years later it was the turn of the undersigned and friends. And now – another 25 years later – it is a thing again. Beautiful, honestly made crochet is not cheap. Logical too because it is manual work. The Etsy shop Fig Crochet crochets clothing and accessories. She makes designs – sometimes crazy and sometimes crazy – for both adults and children. We saw a beautiful cardigan and asked if it could also be made in a shorter version. And that was possible. It took a few weeks to wait, but when the cardigan arrived it turned out that the quality was great, the colors were beautiful and it was affordable too.
