Exactly, that ancient and beautiful building that is located directly on the Leidseplein and that is bursting with historical details. For a moment you feel like a real one rock star. And chic it is! You will love, promised.
It's all in the details… The great thing about all the rooms is that every smallest detail has been taken into account. For example, all the pillows on the bed have a small guitar on the corner of the pillowcase. Too nice! And to stay completely in the Rock Style, every room has one Fender bluetooth speaker with which you can play your own music. We love.
Then we haven't even mentioned the delicious breakfast: croissants, a boiled egg, fresh fruit with yogurt, you name it... Everything taken care of down to the last detail. Book one of the Rock Royalty rooms then you also have access to the Royalty Lounge where you can enjoy all kinds of snacks and drinks throughout the day, hotel guests only. How fancy, right?
From velvet chairs to a marble bar: the accompanying hotel bar (Bar Americain) also looks too handsome! There are photos of all kinds of artists and musicians on the wall and you can get the tastiest drinks at the bar. You can walk straight in here from the lobby, how nice! Next to Bar Americain you will find the corresponding restaurant Cafe Americain where you can go for breakfast, lunch or a delicious dinner. The menu consists of the tastiest dishes from a steak tartare to a lobster risotto or a vegetarian falafel burger. And of course don't forget one of the desserts: a tiramisu, crème brûlée with bourbon vanilla, an Apple Tarte Tatin... you name it. Plenty of choice and all very tasty.
During the renovation to the Hard Rock Hotel Amsterdam American, three rooms were completely converted into a very beautiful suite... The Rock Star Suite. This Suite really has everything you could think of, from a bath and shower for two people to a special butler service.

As we said before, the hotel is packed with the most beautiful historical details: check out those stairs! The original staircase was returned during the renovation into the Hard Rock Hotel Amsterdam American. The hotel itself is actually a kind of museum in itself. On every wall you will find something, from an original copy of the guitar from The Pretenders and a piece of clothing Avril Lavigne to a beautiful painting on the wall, everything just looks too beautiful.
The fantastic Hard Rock Hotel Amsterdam American will officially open on June 12.
