Family surfing holidays are hipper than ever, you are active and you really spend time together during surfing lessons. And when we go surfing, we naturally go for something unsurpassed surfers paradise atmosphere. In Biscarrosse in France that atmosphere is guaranteed in the air with a wonderful climate, beautiful nature, old cities, picturesque villages and all just a few hours' drive away.
But a casual surfing holiday wouldn't be a surfing holiday if you couldn't do more than catch waves. On the shared grounds of Surftribe you don't have to kids not to keep busy (animation team to the rescue). The activities program is packed, so you can SUP, visit the surfing village of Biscarross, longboard in the area and enjoy live performances in the evening. There is also plenty to do for the parents (after all, it is your holiday too). You can participate in yoga, wine tasting and Sunset surf. Relax here, because the activities of the entertainment team are organized in such a way that they coincide with the yoga classes, wine tasting and other activities of parents.
What does professionally guided surfing lessons entail? The professional instructors explain exactly what you need to pay attention to as soon as you enter the water to brave your first waves. They will also provide you with the right materials. The surf teachers are Dutch-speaking and ISA certified.
The small-scale surf camp is completely aimed at families, located among the pine trees of camping Le Vivier. The campsite is located next to the French coastal village of Biscarrosse Plage (a lovely seaside resort).
We are of course not averse to a bit of luxury, so no punishment for sleeping in luxury at night. Maasai Lodges are suitable for 3 – 4 people, Palma Lodges are suitable for 4 – 6 people and for larger families the Maasai Lodges + Deluxe Tipi are ideal, suitable for families up to 7 people.
