You probably know this text (it may now be stuck in your head for the rest of the day - you're welcome) and you've probably had moments where you thought: yes, that's how I feel. Just relax and get back to you inner self Fortunately, this is an increasingly open topic to discuss. Fortunately, because thinking about yourself and considering your own values is extremely important. If you are on your way, but would still like a little support, there is now The Great Beyond for coaching and an escape to nature.
At The Great Beyond you can find that path to relaxation through various avenues. With founder and coach Michiel van Ogtrop you go into nature somewhere in Europe and recharge while walking. The idea is that you find a connection with yourself, but also with the nature around you. After a day of hiking you still have a whole evening around the campfire to catch your breath. And waking up after a night of sleeping under the stars: who doesn't feel refreshed by that?
If you don't quite like napping in the outdoors, The Great Beyond also has the option to have one Retreat to experience, simply with beds for the camping haters. Each retreat is organized around a specific theme and is located in the middle of nature: from our own Veluwe to the Spanish Pyrenees.
You should think of The Great Beyond as an MOT for your car. We all know that you can really make miles without maintenance on your car, but if something happens, it is immediately your engine that explodes. And of course you want to prevent that when it concerns your own body and mind.
