One of the most booming and busiest restaurant in Paris is Bones, which opened in January 2013. Run by one Aussie and furnished to the now well-known Brooklyn-style bistro feeling: casual, open wall, beautiful tiles on the floor, small wooden tables and wobbly chairs. There are two floors connected by a beautiful spiral staircase, but the best place for two people is to sit at the central marble bar, if only because you are not expected to order the €47 menu there. There is nothing to choose from on that menu, excluding wine (you will never leave here for less than 100 pp) and it is highly recommended for an evening of extensive dining with friends. At the bar you can enjoy bar snacks for around 15 euros and making a reservation in time, bar or table, is a must. Bones
