Restaurant Rider New York

Restaurant Rider New York

The folks behind the farm-fresh restaurant call it a New American Bistro Rider restaurant their own business in New York. We just think it turned out extremely well. You will find Rider on the undeniably hippest square meters in the world, in the neighborhood Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Chef Patrick Connolly is behind the pans and that is good news since the man has won several food awards for his previous restaurants in Boston. At Rider he cooks typical American dishes with a bit of Asia and France. Sounds complicated, but it's not that bad. Think burgers but small and not greasy, mac 'n' cheese (macaroni with a lot of cheese) but without a lot of cheese, steak tartare and duck.

That name? This comes from the food and drink agreements between musicians and the venues where they perform. Oh, and the best part: Rider is tip-free. Rider
