After years of working in beautiful businesses (Fabers, Everyone's spirit, Engelbertha Hoeve, The Cut) started Rob, T and All Class owner, in 1998 with his catering adventure Hendo, a snack bar chain in its own region. With a bunch of little kids, the choice to work close to home was quickly made, home nice and quickly and more time with the little stuff. She was spinning next to Hendo's stuffed eggs and Russian salads mise en place with the spareribs for the former restaurant Dinner Exclusive (yes, that was the name of the restaurant at the time – delicious, now fortunately All Class as we like to know it). They were a real hit, those spare ribs.
Trends are called trends for a reason and that's why the food world there is always something changing. Whoa fine dining among youth: there is simply much more demand for comfort food – concept restaurants. Excelling in a specific and consistent product. What was great yesterday feels like it's gone today. Annoying? Yes, but that also makes All Class unique. Finding your way in a changing world is deliberately not easy, otherwise it would be of very little use.

A little nostalgia always goes a long way. Sometimes the past memories are better to remember than to relive them. You probably know it, that one cake that was oh-so tasty, but after trying it again years later, it was not nearly as tasty as in your mind. Ha! But not with Robbie's ribs! Robbie's RIBS are back and we can call that Party with a capital F! Enjoy delicious spare ribs while enjoying a cold beer - preferably with the sun high in the sky.
