Weber's law – pop-up dinner
Back in the days, in 2017, we already wrote it: "If there is something we can look forward to this month, it is this new (and already fantastic) pop-up: Weber's law". That was 2017, and now, quite a few years later, it's still one of the pop-ups of all pop-ups. That needs some explanation. We have: Weber's Law is the initiative of family catering company All Class Catering, a club of passionate people who - but really, just look at the website, the tastiest and also the most good looking catering provided for various events (you want them for your wedding, or a really good, tasteful corporate party), or children's party
Well, and all those parties, of course, give you ideas for your own party. And how you would do that perfectly. And so the Reizevoort family came up with the idea (daughter Danielle takes the beautiful photos, check @daughterofthechef) a pop-up concept that feels like a small-scale, intimate (farm) wedding - one that you wish you could experience more than once.
The idea is simple (because simple ideas are the most difficult - beautiful): a culinary meeting for a small group of people who sit together at 1 long table in a unique location (where? that is a secret until the day arrives, also fun). Expect food that will make you lick your dinner partner's lips, all evening long, and - of course - delicious wines on the side.
Here's what they say about it themselves, often the clearest: "We literally start our story at the beginning and origins of, in our opinion, the experience of an evening of dining. We will take you on an adventure where we will stimulate all your senses. The focus of this evening is 100% on tasting, stimulating and enjoying. The level of service, the environment and the atmosphere will be unique.”
You want it. Weber's law
