Alma by Sucre is described as a cocktail bar where art and craft come together. We don't blame them. Forgotten ingredients are the source of inspiration for innovative cocktails and an extensive menu with themes.

Mixologist Tony Pescatori's vision is expressed in four different themes: creation, ancestors, ancient arts and world cities. Before your nose you get a cocktail that is different in every way from a standard mojito. And that alone is reason enough to go to Alma.

These are recognizable cocktails in a new version. Classics such as old fashioned, Negroni and espresso martini get a special twist, but you really have to taste it yourself.

Now a cocktail comes with a snack and some entertainment. Now both of these have been arranged at Alma. Bar snacks? Check. That is also different from the standard portion of bitterballen that we would order in the Netherlands. Think of mini crackers with sea bass, soy, lime and avocado or different empanadas. You can enjoy your meal at Sucre restaurant, but you can certainly enjoy just as delicious food at Alma by Sucre cocktail bar.

Plus, there is a DJ or live music until the early hours singer songwriters or straps. You will not be bored here. We already say: cheers!
