Budget-proof: 5 x affordable food & drinks in Copenhagen
Copenhagen is a beautiful city with tremendous quality of life. That makes life a little more expensive than in the Netherlands. A trip to Copenhagen cannot miss a nice dinner or a drink. That's why I went looking for the best budget-proof spots that you shouldn't miss. Here you go!
Just as easy and affordable. With the emphasis on easy, because you have no fewer than four pizza choices. So we also leave the stress of choice aside. Another pizza is a small, hip pizzeria right in the center. Here you can enjoy a pizza and a specialty beer for less than 20 euros. Enjoy!
And then on to a nice drink at the electric corner. It is also called the 'student café'. In the evenings, many young people can be found here for a beer or a glass of wine. And in particular, you can get a bottle of red here for 30 euros. That's what you want as a student, right? To complete the drink, you can order a portion of nachos. And believe me, it is very well filled!
Are you a fan of the bars? vibe? Then Barkowski is the best. It is a pub where you can drink beer together in the winter and where you can sit outside at beer tables in the summer. Beer is cheap here by Copenhagen standards and you often have nice deals. Every now and then the pub also organizes activities and events where you can have a very cozy and 'affordable' Have a drink evening with your friends. And don't forget: they also have very good shots...
This is my favorite. I come here far too often. At Fabro you have the best pasta in all of Copenhagen and affordable cocktails and wine. This is what Fabro is known for. The popularity means that it is always busy here, so be on time, because they do not take reservations. And here too you don't have to think much, because you only have a few choices of pasta. But they are all very good… You will taste it! At Fabro you can have a very nice evening on a small budget.
Even more 'affordable' drinks you do at Minas. Minas is a small bar in Nørrebro. In the evenings you can find a lot of students here. Especially cocktails are very good and affordable here. During the day you can feel Dutch here, because then they also serve delicious toasted sandwiches. The perfect combination!
