If you are a child at home somewhere, you would actually prefer not to share some places; then they become 'trendy' and 'the new hotspot' and the charm is over. So don't tell anyone about this one. But anyway, because although Knokke is increasingly flooded with tourists, the place still somehow manages to retain its charm. This is the case at Knokke Le Zoute and especially Knokke-Heist (the chic part). And where do we like to have breakfast? Blé d'Or. Period. Cereal or bread or breakfast of gold (and chocolate and other pastries to take home). Ale! Blé d'Or
