A short bike ride through the woods and you will find Boothuis. Located next to a canoe rental (also a tip!) on the water. From a distance you can see the red and white house, which reminds us of a kind of clubhouse. It's fun.

At Boothuis there are wonderful places outside on the terrace aka deck, but also lovely tables inside. As they say themselves; no well-thought-out interior plan, just stylish (if you ask us). Lights on the ceiling, nice play area, wooden tables and chairs, easy does it.

And if you ask us for our favorite spot? Then that is the green sofa that feels like outside with its folding doors. Great to start your day with a cup of coffee.

Apart from the nice accommodation, the menu is certainly not mediocre. At Boothuis they like to keep things simple and we think that fits perfectly here.

A large list of snacks: bread with seaweed butter but also a portion of bitterballen are available here. Also lots of pizzas – so the choice is huge. At lunch there are delicious sandwiches, burrata and that kind of work. Nothing to complain about.

Fresh beer on tap, fine wines and fine juices. If you want, you can sit at the boathouse from morning to evening.
