New: Ulmus bakery Amsterdam has its own store
Yes, the time has come: Ulmus bakery has its own branch in Amsterdam! Where they first settled above the espresso factory in Amsterdam West (also nice!), they now have their own building in the Baarsjes. And just a stone's throw from White label coffee on Jan Evertstraat. We call that a win-win (and a great coffee + treats for counting steps)

We have been a big fan from the start because where Ulmus first baked for the catering industry, they also started doing so for private individuals since the Corona situation. Something that sounded like music to our ears. And still sounds. WellSo now it was time for our own store. Now 'only' as a shop, but very soon there will also be coffee (to go) to pick up.
At Ulmus you place your order on the site (the range changes every week and is released online on Saturdays). You collect your online order on the day of your choice in the store (collection days are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday). At Ulmus they make delicious sourdough bread, but they also have pastry items that are worth a visit, nom!
The building is handsome and industrial and how nice to finally see the faces behind this glory in person. Your bag will be ready when you pick it up. Your child can do the laundry and you have delicious bread and the tastiest supplies to live on.
Also tasty: sweets for coffee, sweets for after dinner – just makes it more enjoyable. So here we go: the tastiest pastry shops in Amsterdam for the tastiest pastries!
