Concrete, dark wood, dimmed lighting — CAOS feels like an industrial location, yet cozy. The owners lived in New York for a long time, and that influence is definitely reflected here: the place looks like an American concept store in Antwerp. The heart of the establishment is the long, concrete bar, with the kitchen behind it. On a balmy summer evening, the glass walls open completely, allowing the indoors and outdoors to blend seamlessly. For the coming months, this is the place to drop by.
Don't expect classic bites, but truly innovative dishes — sharp, well-thought-out combinations that look great on your plate and taste even better. Our favorite: the tostada with tuna, smoked strawberry, radish, and lemon balm. The ultimate mix of smoky, fresh, and sweet. Everything is meant to be shared, so order generously. The menu changes with the seasons, so let yourself be surprised every time you sit down. One thing is certain: no matter what, it is a treat.
CAOS is just as much a mezcaleria like a restaurant, where everything revolves around mezcal and tequila — perfectly matched to the menu.
