I have no idea).
It's all about the mind-body connection. As you squeeze into various yoga poses with deep techno beats in the background, you awaken the energy in your body.
And you'll need that energy during the raves yet to come. Namaste!
Dessert first, or just dessert, also good if it's at THE DUCHESS in the W Hotel (read: it doesn't get more central in Amsterdam than that). No techno or club crowds for a while, but pure dessert drama. Royal with glitter it is at THE DUCHESS during ADE. Glamour and a dessert that literally (!) explodes with flavor (spoiler(Your dessert will be broken at your table). Perfect if you really don't feel like going to ADE! Amsterdam is almost celebrating its 750th anniversary, and we're doing it, fittingly, by walking through the city. AllTrails commissioned six Amsterdam icons to design their own walking routes, each an ode to their own city. Six routes, six perspectives, and one city.
