Glamping on Lowlands: Gllamcamp from CampSolutions
Lowlands, it remains a beautiful festival. Only walking with clothes, tent, sleeping bag and bed upon arrival remains a crime. Lugging all that stuff might have been okay when you were in your early 20s - although it was always a struggle on the way back - but with a busy life, especially as a 30-something, it is plug and play from the Gllamcamp is very pleasant. Especially when it rains. At this Lowlands glamping site you can book a standard tent or a luxury tent house and CampSolutions will set it up for you. Never anything other than a glamping at Lowlands if you ask us. We would also like to sleep in again in 2024 a spread out bed at Lowlands Gllamcamp.
The joke was this. Three Bartjes already went to Lowlands. Two were added last minute. And while one Bartje slept comfortably in her semi-camper, the other four slept comfortably in the Gllamcamp. Booked independently of each other and all four were very satisfied. Once again this year you have the choice between the very cozy but carry-your-own campsite (included with your ticket) or the convenience campsite where you can sign up for travel light with extra comfort or a luxurious resort. No need to lug around tents and air mattresses, you only have to pack your clothes on the way home and the camp is full of extra comforts.
Lowlands 2024 has Easycamp (from €175 pp), Gllampcamp Deluxe (from €282 pp) and Group Camp (from €241).
At Easy Camp the tent for 2 to 8 people is ready for you with an air mattress, sleeping bag and pillow. Easy Camp has its own bathhouse and hangout for glamping needs such as coffee, breakfast and charging points.
At Gllamcamp they go even further; from a (tipi) tent with camping bed (€282 pp) to a wooden house with beds, bedding, electricity, chill chairs and even a mini fridge if you want (€630 pp). And everything in between; from mini yurt to bell tent and mini cabin.
Be quick, because the accommodations are selling out.
Besides the fact that the tents and tent houses are already neatly set up when you arrive full of energy, the camp has even more perks. The private bathhouse with privacy, mirrors, hairdryers and many toilets. The Gllam Delluxe Lounge has a luxurious bar, breakfast club, fire pit and sauna. You will also receive a ticket for the Delluxe parking, so you don't have to walk as far. That makes a person happy.
And furthermore, you really can't avoid that hangover, you still lack sleep from partying, you have to sneak in a possible +1 and your Lowlands adventure is just as fun. Camping at Gllamcamp is quieter - except for the music of the Lowlands site - but still cozy, full of convenience and highly recommended. We can't wait for LL24!
