Kick off December festively at House of Rituals in the center of Amsterdam
Ho ho ho, Christmas is here. It's all fun and games, but we'd rather leave the stress of everything that needs to be arranged behind. Somehow, buying presents remains a challenge, which makes us completely stressed in the days leading up to Christmas. This year, we're doing it differently by doing our Christmas shopping on time. On December 1st we will remain on the ground floor to festively kick off the month of December during the Holiday Shopping event. The store is open that day from 10:00 to 21.00:16.00 and from XNUMX:XNUMX there is live music with snacks and drinks from Rouhi. In this shopping paradise, choice stress lurks. To prepare you a bit, we would like to share a few of our favorites with you. With a bottle of shower gel or gift set (we are fans of The Ritual of Sakura) it is hard to go wrong. If you prefer to give something more original, a personalized gift is scented candle of perfume highly recommended. A perfume with your name engraved on it smells extra nice. Now we admit that we often don't walk all the way up, because let's be honest, shopping is already intensive enough without all those stairs. Something about being lazy rather than tired.. Still, it pays to do that at the Rituals store. Exactly! On the second floor you will find the Body Spa where you can go for facials, massages and manicures and on the third a real one Mind Spa (the first in the world!). A good way to end a day of shopping?
Did we already tell you that there is also a restaurant on the ground floor? Here it is; Rough, Arabic for 'my soul', is the name. They cook with ingredients that nourish and support your soul, mind and body. The menu mainly features surprising Asian dishes with unexpected smells, flavours and textures such as miso soup, tataki and sashimi.
