Lady Papa goes sushi – it's also a delivery ball in Bergen!
For all the waiting people in Bergen (that of Bergen aan Zee): we've got good news for you! Even outside the Randstad, we hear more and more from restaurants that are doing everything they can to continue using their kitchen. The restaurant, Lady Papa (funny name) in North Holland Bergen (always a good idea), puts it to the test and starts a delivery and takeaway service with nothing less than Sushi. Lady Dad goes sushi! The restaurant only just opened its doors (by just we mean March 2!). We think this is a great change. But what the heck?
We can speak of bad timing. While the intention was for the whole of Bergen and beyond to come and dine in the restaurant evening after evening and enjoy the extensive menu, that is not possible now. Fortunately, the restaurant already has a special sushi bar where the sushi chefs can continue to do their work so that people can enjoy their fresh creations at home. And because ordering completely hot and happening is now, Lady Papa is participating well. Order delicious, freshly made sushi tuna and salmon or unagi (eel or duck liver) and make it a sushi party. They do that well there in Bergen.
