Walking picnic: NeighbourFood Route Amsterdam

We at Bart don't like Coronacation at all. It's bad for our mood. We can't dine at our favorite restaurants in Amsterdam. We're leveling off. Yuck. But hey! Luckily for us, the hospitality industry isn't easily discouraged. On the contrary. So many good initiatives in Amsterdam. So keep up the good work we say then. We are also only too happy to say that about the NeighbourFood Market. Because now that we are all at home, the participants of the Neighborhood Market decided to join forces and create a walking picnic to organize: the NeighbourFood Route Amsterdam.

De Neighbor Food Market in Amsterdam there is a busy market in the Westergasfabriek but also outside. They have been away for a while, but now they are back. Because of Rona they decided to return to give the catering entrepreneurs a pat on the back. Because take-away is still possible. And that is how the idea of the walking picnic. Enjoy delicious and surprising dishes all weekend long on the go. Exploring your own city. Along the tents that you may have always overlooked or always wanted to go to.

You can choose from a all-inclusive ticket or a single ticket. With the all-inclusive ticket you pay for food and drinks in advance. The participating catering establishments then know for sure that you are coming and prepare delicious dishes and drinks especially for you and your partner/friend/family. At the single ticket decide on the spot what you want to eat or drink and pay immediately. And the kids can also join in. There is a children's route with nice playgrounds on the route especially for them. We like that.
