Bigger and better: Pulcinos at the Piushaven in Tilburg
Locals We have known it for some time: you can enjoy delicious food at Pulcinos in Tilburg. And from now on you no longer have to fight for a spot in the small restaurant, because Pulcinos has moved to a much larger building on the Piushaven in Tilburg.
When you hear the name Pulcinos, you probably think of Italian cuisine, and although most of the dishes are also inspired by that cuisine, you will also find a number of surprises on the menu. Such as the fried shrimps with cabbage, sesame mayonnaise and crispy seaweed and the halloumi taco with pico de gallo and guacamole. Italian dishes include grilled eggplant with proscuitto crudo, anchovies and pine nuts or tagliatelle with steak, mushrooms and parmesan. Everything is freshly prepared and often with products from the region. You can also order all dishes on the menu during lunch, but in smaller portions. We like!
Definitely try: the limoncello that chef Thomas makes according to his uncle's recipe from Sicily. In addition to limoncello, you can also taste other homemade liqueurs at Pulcinos. And if you want more of that - and believe us, you do - you can go to Satiata in Tilburg, chef Thomas's liquor store and deli.
