A Scandinavian gem in the Prinsestraat (#130). They call it New Nordic Cuisine, and it is original and special. Fermenting, smoking and pickling like they do in Denmark and Sweden. There are two menus: a vegetarian variant or the meat/fish menu, both consisting of 5 delicious courses.
