It should come as no surprise that Spain is our favorite holiday destination par excellence. Rougher than France, slightly nicer beaches, always friendly people and let's be honest: we also like the food there better. #sorrynotsorry. While we regularly visit the pearls on the coast, in the city or beyond, we visit the well-known seaside resorts less often. No idea why that is... Because that too changes with the times. Like Marbella. Right there, at the iconic luxury seaside resort, you can enjoy relaxing with your family on a quiet Sunday afternoon.

Get away for a few hours and enjoy the beach, play games, sun on your head and a bite to eat within reach, preferably among the locals. That makes us happy! And for that you have to go to (the not yet well-known) Beach Club Siroko are. You will find this nice spot on the way to Marbella. Here you can still read quietly or lie in the sun without too hip and fancy (read: horrible) music from DJs in the background. The fact that the locals (often with their offspring) like to come here says enough, doesn't it? Enjoy a late lunch here on the weekend and who knows, maybe someone will come and play a saxophone. The kids are also very welcome here and can play and build in the sand. Really worth it: a gem!
