A brand new, great address where you can go for almost everything in the field of relaxation and discovering new activities. In June 2023, founder Tash opened the Stretch and Fold pop-up studio, in a warehouse behind Oedipus Brewers. It turned out to be a great success with the people and also with Martin and Derek, who have been doing Tash's classes and retreats since 2020. It didn't take long for them to figure out she wanted a permanent spot together, so when the opportunity came to open the permanent spot at the Bob W Hotel, she didn't think twice.
At Stretch and Fold they offer various activities spread throughout the day. You can participate in Pilates, Yin Yang, Movement, Emobied Vinyasa and much more.
If you do not turn right upon entering, but rather left, you will find the catering industry, as well as the swimming pool and sauna outside. It is a large open space with more than enough space to relax break to take. Even if the weather is not good, it is worth joining the restaurant, because you have a very nice view of Amsterdam. Order coffee? You do that at the bar.
From Sunday to Wednesday from 08.30:15.00 AM to XNUMX:XNUMX PM they serve a special meal that you can enjoy after your swimming, yoga or sauna session. Every Friday and Saturday they also serve dinner, which you can enjoy while the sun slowly sets.
Another plus at Stretch and Fold: the swimming pool and sauna. These are located on the fifth floor, giving you a beautiful view of Amsterdam North and all its beauty. Can you already see yourself swimming laps with a view of the NDSM grounds? We do. In summer you can relax by the pool and enjoy the sun. A day pass costs only 7,50 and it is free for Unlimited and Movement members.
