Terra Masia Ibiza is the magic of Ibiza at its best
Okay, Terra Masia Ibiza is not completely new, but has been organizing the largest since June 1, 2018 organic farm van the Spanish island for the first time, occasional dinner evenings that - without exaggerating - are close to perfection. Terra Masía has been known among the Ibiza 'in-crowd' for decades for its sustainable way of renovating. It is the largest fruit and agricultural area on the island and the enthusiastic group of people who run the island are passionate about preserving the environment through ecological agriculture. The aim? To be an example to the rest of the world.
If you want to set a good example, then your own estate is of course the best showcase. Especially when things look as great as they do at Terra Masía. The estate itself is large, the epicenter where you will find the growers' shop, small and intimate. Just as it should be: simple tables with white cloths serve as a counter on which all the tasty-looking organic fruit and vegetables are displayed, wicker lamps hang swinging in a small breeze and every now and then a chicken wanders past. Perfection.
Also nice, a bit in the same atmosphere but slightly different Vegetable Garden. Read more: Organic Farm Dinner @ La Huerta
The farm in the middle of the island, near Santa Eularia, was always something you could visit to stroll through the orchards in search of the most beautiful (and tastiest) vegetables, but recently the people of Terra Masía Ibiza also occasionally has tables outside. And you have to have those evenings. Because when the fresh fish is grilled on the large round barbecue (everything just nice in the open air in the middle of everything and everyone), wooden tables with white linen and wooden chairs and benches with black and white cushions are placed and everything is softly lit. with candles and garland lights, then the magic really comes to the fore.

It will be no surprise that you eat what is on the menu that day. You want that too, because what the chefs of Terra Masía make is delicious, very healthy, beautiful and, oh yes, tasty. Of course you can indicate whether you eat vegetarian or not, but otherwise you leave the whole thing to the Spaniards.
Arrive early and first gather for a drink (and a better look around and shopping) under the awnings of the small main building. Drink a glass of organic wine on the beautiful evening that is to come. Mess around with your fellow lucky bastards. Swing away a bit – because you can. Have fun.
Oh, on the Terra Masía Ibiza Facebook page you can read when the next farm to table dinner is.
