Joris Bijdendijk is keeping himself busy. With Rijks*, WILS*, and WILS Bakery Café (Bib Gourmand), he already has three magnificent addresses to his name. And another establishment will be added soon: WILS CaféThe new addition opens on Weesperzijde, in the former Trattoria Boretti premises, just a few doors down from Hesp. We don't know much more about it yet. The windows are taped up and renovations are in full swing. More information? That should appear on Instagram.
