Winter is coming but we (or actually: Sonos) got you covered
We may be very late (once again), but here at Bart HQ we have only just discovered it: Sonos is life! What a delight, that brilliant sound in every room in the house. And what a glory it is good looking speakers that have finally managed to replace the ugly cases of De Husband (sorry, but that's how it is). Especially now that we are all hanging out in and around the house more than ever, including the small stuff, we want to make nothing less than the best of it. Sound, music, is a (mega) part of that.
Let's take a look at why we are like this more than ever smithn be on Sonos. Is it coming:
Did you know that Sonos has its own radio streaming service has, with multiple stations? That's right! And it's nice that it is. Previously from the flagship store in New York, Sonos now - because of COVID19 - makes its own radio and different radios in various places we point playlists in various categories. That's nice because I have no idea about you, but for us the regular Spotify lists are coming out of our proverbial throats (and we are too lazy/ not creative enough in the field of music) to put together an excellent list yourself.
Fortunately, you have people for that. We had been looking for those people for a while without even knowing that we were looking for them, but now that we have 'met' them, they should never leave us alone again.
It works like this: Sonos has trained music pros and radio makers from various disciplines to play the best current music from your favorite genre and regularly asks 'external' musical pros to compile their list. Anything can be on there, as long as they like it, so to speak, with an original hodgepodge as a result, far removed from the standard, often commercial lists that you can now dream of. Favorite here? Hot Country! But we'll zap another round next week.

We already mentioned it: the small stuff. So that is also home. The indoor playground can only be visited by appointment and dropping by to visit friends is now just a bit easier. So we have to make the best of it at home (and we have really seen that puzzle now...). In comes Sonos: who doesn't love a Disney movie?! So that's really fun for young and old (we love Disney just as much as the little ones, thanks to the always funny jokes that only adults understand and that Disney seems to have a patent on). Sonos understands that: the leading sound experience company (That is of course not a term we came up with ourselves, but it describes it nicely so why change a winning team) plays nice and early for early Sinterklaas and gives Disney+ for free for six months away. Provided you have the Arc (that's a want-you-have soundbar, one of those long things to connect to your TV for fantastic sound), Beam (a thing, a (compact) soundbar to be precise, to play your music streaming) or purchase a qualifying speaker set. That is true, but that, trust us, is an enrichment of your home. With these gadgets you can enjoy your home cinema experience even more. You have to be quick because from October 31st it will be the end of this great deal!
