Zeven Quadenoord, dining and sleeping on the Veluwe
The night out in 2022 does not stop at just a night out. And no, we're not talking about being late after. But about dining in the wilderness, sleeping in a comfortable teepee and waking up to the sound of the birds in an ancient forest. Our kind of pre and after. At pop-up restaurant Zeven you can dine and sleep on the Quadenoord estate on the Veluwe. And not least among the team: chef Joris van Tongeren (Toscanini, Amsterdam) and his maître Matthieu Fijan (Vuurtoreneiland, Amsterdam) have created a wonderful summer forest experience together with Zeven Quadenoord.
Fan of outdoor restaurants? This spring and summer you can visit these pop-ups throughout the Netherlands.
The last part of the route to the Quadenoord estate is on a sandy path through the Veluwe forests. This piece off road immediately takes care of that off (work, to-do's and any children). Once at Quadenoord, a wild location in an ancient forest, Zeven's tepees and outdoor restaurant hide among the trees. This forest experience starts on day 1 at 16.00 p.m. with a drinks box and ends on day 2 at 11.00 a.m. after a delicious breakfast. And it is only for adults. In the beautiful open outdoor restaurant, made with wood from our own forest, Joris van Tongeren, Matthieu Fijan and their team serve a delicious five-course menu with local, pure and honest ingredients. The tipis have a nice bed, a wood stove and plenty of privacy. And yes, there is a hot shower and a toilet in a wooden house. Bee Zeven everything is there for a tasty adventure under the stars.
