a sense of Place: natural wine and cider in Haarlem and Amsterdam
Good natural wine and exciting cider with an entertaining story. You could go to Haarlem for a few years before that a sense of place in the nice Gierstraat. And that left me wanting more. ASOP Wines also opened in Amsterdam in Willemsstraat in August 2022. At this accessible wine shop you not only buy a bottle of honest, natural wine, but you also hear the beautiful story behind these wines. And that is just as delicious.
Nice wine shop, but do you want to eat that bottle now? Then try one of these wine bars in Amsterdam.
Natural wine, you either love it or you don't. With a wink to Bart's Boss. A sense of Place is a wonderful tip for enthusiasts. Owner Markus is passionate about pure wine, special cider, organic vineyards and small European winemakers. Markus' mission is to draw attention to sustainability in wine. If you end up at ASOP, you are assured of a nice story with your bottle. Even for the non-enthusiast they can still find a bottle at a sense of Place. They have both accessible and more complicated wines. The shop in the Jordaan is a lot larger and tastings and workshops are on the agenda.
