THE miniPENTHOUSE terrace & SPA is the perfect base for those who want to explore Lisbon without staying in the middle of the city. Owner Carlos is proud of the place he has created and we understand that all too well. The apartment is located in a bustling neighborhood in Paço de Arcos, but because it is on the top floor there is no noise pollution - not even from neighbors, because there are none. From the balcony you can see Lisbon, beautiful snapshots guaranteed. The beach is within walking distance, you don't have to walk ten steps to a jacuzzi.
