Sourdough, coffee and books at the Lofof bakery in Amsterdam
The boys did it again. The boys van inland fisherman, corner store and two princes recently opened bakery foliage in Amsterdam. The new spot in West for sourdough bread, coffee and books. And boys is actually one group of friends - men and women - who together create beautiful catering establishments in Amsterdam. From a neighborhood (at a high level) to a vinyl restaurant in Noord. And now a bakery and coffee place set up by Bob and Maarten (from the aforementioned four-team catering hits), long-time friend Mourad and bakers Fien and Jet. Together they baked a nice little shop with delicious bread to take with you or just sit back and relax. With all the goodies of bakery leaves, this is another one for the win.

First things first, the bread of leaves. After all, that's what you go to the bakery for. Drop by Loof for a take-away sourdough bread and pastries. Six types of sourdough breads with various organic French grains and Dutch spelt and rye. To choux (with praline, apple jasmine or ganache), rhubarb breton, lemon butter cake and puff pastries (with cassis cardamom, egg and sheep's cheese or feta, honey and fennel). Mouth watering already? Of course.
Bakers Fien and Jet have gained years of baking experience at various city bakeries and are now continuing this skill with foliage. Loof borders on inland fishermen and previously housed a Moroccan bakery. Remove the dividing wall, put in a beautiful interior, top team and enjoy. Quickly for take away or to sit inside or outside in the (all day!) sun with your delicious fermented grains and coffee. Inspired?
