Bennie's The Pop Up in Amsterdam – be quick or it's gone

Bennie's The Pop Up in Amsterdam – be quick or it's gone

Here at Bart we like a pop-up from time to time. Especially if it is a catering concept. The downside? Yep, before you know it they'll be gone again. Be quick or it's gone: for an unforgettable culinary evening Bennie's The Pop Up. In March and April you join us at 18.00:19.00 PM, 20.00:XNUMX PM or XNUMX:XNUMX PM and Chef Rick Swinkels will do the rest.  Bennie's The Pop Up is the latest and upcoming hottest pop up in town. Tickets are on sale, so go.

Who, what, where?

Who, what, where?

Within the Amsterdam ring road there are few undeveloped areas where you can still find real old factory buildings. Let the Schinkel District be exactly like that. Everything will be overhauled here in no time, so if you want to enjoy the original industrial character of the neighborhood, you have to go to Bonnie's The Pop Up. Under the motto 'we keep it simple but delicious', three friends (all with extensive experience in the catering industry) open this pop-up concept. One of those friends is Rick Swinkels, whom we know from the (unfortunately closed) Jacobsz (still a great loss for Amsterdam East) and the recently opened MasMais Marisqueria. Well, that's fine.

What, when and how do you score a table?

What, when and how do you score a table?

Bennie's pop-up on three Thursdays through Saturdays in a row, from late March to early April, and is open from 18:00 PM to 23:00 PM. To be able to attend, you must purchase a ticket in advance. The €45 ticket includes the entire (fixed) menu and based on the photos we especially can't wait for the 'Smoked Chicken Schnitzel'. In addition, the gentlemen have made a small (but good) selection of wines, beer and cocktails. Reserve your spot here  and please let us know how it was.
