At Osa Major you check in for a weekend, recharge for a few days or weeks. The luxury holiday home is located in the middle of the nature of the green and hilly island of Mallorca. Ultimate holiday goals: a splash in the infinity pool and then grilling fish on the barbecue under the starry sky. Owner Brenda – formerly a lawyer and owner of a yoga school in Blaricum – is your local guide when it comes to the best (cycling) trips in the area. With the same ease she organizes a yoga session at home in the beautiful yoga shala. Or even better: in the garden. Nothing wrong with a down dog in the Spanish sun.

There are also three tepees and a Safari Lodge tent. The latter is ideal for a stay with small children. The five individual rooms can be booked separately, but you can also rent the entire house. Go ahead, because it is a wonderful address for a family weekend or to celebrate life with a bunch of friends. Breakfast is provided in any case, but lunch and dinner can also be cooked. The only thing on the to-do list: check in, take a dip in the pool and throw the BBQ.

Location, location, location

Osa Major is located in a relaxing spot in the quiet interior, just half an hour from the beautiful beaches and lovely bays that Mallorca is known for. In the cozy Spanish villages in the area you can do your shopping and rent a car to explore the island, then it is affordable in every corner. Within half an hour you can drive east or south to one of the fine beaches or towards the capital Palma, where you will stumble across nice restaurants and bars. If you head towards the hilly west coast, swing past the towns of Deià and Sóller. In the north lies charming Pollença, with its winding streets and lovely squares.

The eye wants something too

The beauty of Osa Major is almost impossible to put into words. So be sure to click through all the pictures, because everything is even picture-perfect at Osa Major. Great fun. The traditional Spanish and Moroccan details, the colored rugs that contrast so beautifully with the concrete floor, the natural stone bathroom. The entire finca is a collection of sleek design mixed with warm natural materials. The rooms are equipped with dream catchers and large mosquito nets. From the attractive living room you step onto the terrace, where there is always a spot in the sun. The outdoor kitchen with a fantastic pizza oven and adjacent dining area is covered, nice when the sun is high and it is time for an extensive lunch (and a little siesta). In the garden you will find a vegetable garden in full bloom, which is often used in the (outdoor) kitchen. Enjoy it again.

Keffers & Kroost

The house has many stairs, making it less suitable for small children. If you are looking for a stay with the little ones, the luxury safari lodge is ideal. Dogs are not welcome, but there are two sweethearts walking around the grounds so dog lovers can still give out hugs.
