Dine in an impressive church at Brasserie Buut in Doorn
Eating from Brasserie Buut there is a local party in Doorn. Namely: Buut is definitely not just a brasserie, no no, Buut is located in a former church with beautiful stained glass windows. After all, the eye also wants something. The colors in the interior are reflected in those beautiful windows. Coral red, green, turquoise and yellow à la brasserie style. And then the inner person, as they say, is also well taken care of: at Buut everything revolves around fresh, sustainable products from Dutch soil. Good quality in a nice jacket, look, we like that.
On the menu of Brasserie Buut features mushroom-truffle risotto made from emmer wheat from Zuylestein Estate, pesto from ground elder, stroganoff from stewed bokken meat and sauerkraut from our own barrel with smoked game sausage from the area. Yum! Has the little stuff been thought of? So what! Think of mac 'n' cheese, fish & chips and a simple flammkuchen.
For now they have one take away menu with Buutboxes! The basic Buutbox with 3 starters and 3 main courses. Something to celebrate? Go for the festive Buutbox or vega box with 3 starters and 3 main courses, a bottle of wine of your choice and a selection of Dutch cheese and friandises. The box changes dishes every week. Set the table, light candles, warm up and enjoy your meal!
