bucket list-er: restaurant SEPTIME Paris

If you're wondering where the crème de la crème of Paris (and those of New York, London, Tokyo and the rest of the world) go to eat, in Paris, then the answer is: at the Septime restaurant. How do they do it? Just like everyone else: by steadily logging in or calling every three weeks, for at least six months, just about the only way an evening in the restaurant is possible - as far as we know, the owners do not give preferential treatment. And that's just one of the things that comes with dinner restaurant Septime Paris even more desirable.

Annoying, yes. But hey, we want TOO! Because that's how we are. The tip? Lunch is much easier to achieve: a menu for a very reasonable €32,50, and just as divine as an evening meal. Moreover, you will experience everything a little more consciously (in our experience) and you will also be able to get to your nest on time. Also nice, especially for the next busy day in Paris.

What comes to the table at Septime restaurant depends on the whims of the chef and the market's offerings, but a salad of colored, oh-so-juicy tomatoes with burrata and croutons, fresh halibut with grilled cucumber and Vietnamese peppers and fig ice cream rounds off the feast. could easily be closed.

Still a table for the evening? Then go hungry: you don't want to miss any of the six courses of the tasting menu. There is lobster, there is strawberry pie like you have never tasted before and there are wines that you will still think about months later. Duration? Yes. Unforgettable? Yes.

Almost as good and a little easier to get into: Clamento, one door further from the same owners.
